Acquiring the skill of “political analysis” may contribute to making decisions based on a deep understanding of reality, its interpretation, awareness of its various aspects, anticipating trends in the development of events, and predicting crises.
Accordingly, the “Political Analysis” course contributes to giving trainees a set of skills related to the process of understanding political phenomena, deconstructing them, and analyzing their causes and results, based on the methods and tools used by specialists in the field of political analysis, which helps the trainee understand the context behind the events. It enables him/her to formulate deep and interesting analyzes of events that contain elements of objectivity, practicality and professionalism according to different fields of work and specialization.

Course Objectives
The “Political Analysis” course aims to deepen political understanding and awareness, and promote constructive debate on political issues, through:
- Understanding political events: identifying the causes and influencing factors behind political events and interpreting them accurately.
- Policy and decision analysis: Examining and evaluating government policies and political decisions to determine their effects on society and the economy.
- Forecasting future developments: Using historical data and patterns to predict the trends, developments and trajectories of political events.
- Decision-making support: Providing decision-makers with objective analyzes and data to enhance the political decision-making process.
- Improving public awareness: enhancing public understanding of political issues and the dynamics governing them. Analysis of international relations: understanding and analyzing the interactions between countries influencing international politics and their impact on the Arab region

The training content will focus on providing scientific material that is consistent with the course topics regarding the definition of political analysis, its tools, methods, patterns, and the method that contributes to the trainee’s ability to write political analysis material.
